Parliament has again failed to approve the agenda for the current plenary week, ForUm correspondent reports.
Only 194 deputies voted for the approval of the agenda for November 5-8, 2013. It caused cheers in the session hall, but angered head of the Parliament Volodymyr Rybak. "Why are you so happy? I can declare now a break, and the issue of Tymoshenko will not be discussed," he said.
