Speaker of the Parliament Volodymyr Rybak prematurely closed the morning session of the Verkhovna Rada after consideration of several issues.
As ForUm correspondent reports, the MPs decided to work without the approval of the agenda for this week. And the speaker proposed work under the Rules. In particular, he put to vote issues approved by the Conciliation Council.
After consideration of provisions on appointment and dismissal of judges, as well as on local elections, the speaker again proposed to approve the agenda. However, the parliamentarians failed to do it for the fourth time.
After that, Rybak prematurely closed the morning session of the Parliament. "I am waiting for all of you at 4 pm in the session hall, if you want to work – come to the hall," he said.
