The Education and Science Minister as well as local government are responsible for the fulfillment of the program "School bus". It was stated by President Viktor Yanukovych at the meeting of the Council of Regions in Boryspil, the press service of the head of state reports.
"We must transport children in warm buses and on the cleared roads, not like the last winter," Viktor Yanukovych said.
He also considers it necessary to equip all the buses with GPS-navigators. "Local authorities must appoint a body responsible for the control over the school buses' traffic," the President noted.
