Date of hearing the appeal, filed by citizen of Ukraine Ruslan Yakushev, a member of the Greenpeace “Arctic Sunrise” ship crew, has not been determined yet. This was announced by spokesman for the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine Yevhen Perebyinis.
According to him, the appeal is still in the Leninsky district court of Murmansk and has not been yet transferred to the regional court, which is to consider the appeal.
"The date of hearing has been determined yet. We are waiting for the district court's decision on the transfer of materials to the regional court and the determining the date by the regional court," Perebyinis said.
According to him, there are no Ukrainian diplomats in Murmansk now. However, consul general will go to Murmansk on a day when the appeal is heard.
