Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov has left for a two-day working visit to Russia. In the city of Kaluga the head of the Ukrainian government will get acquainted with the work of the PSMA Russia factory, meet with the heads of regional state administrations and members of Ukrainian business organizations, Ukrinform reports.
On Tuesday, October 15, Azarov will visit a construction site of the Komfort Park residential complex and participate in a service at the Holy Trinity Cathedral in Kaluga.
The Ukrainian Prime Minister is scheduled to hold tete-a-tete and extended meetings with his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev.
The heads of government will hold the tenth meeting of the Committee on Economic Cooperation of the Ukrainian-Russian interstate commission and sign the final protocol. The sides will also sign a road map for the implementation of the four-year program of Ukrainian-Russian cooperation in the exploration and use of outer space for peaceful purposes.
Apart from this, the parties will sign a memorandum of understanding between the State Space Agency of Ukraine and the Federal Space Agency of Russia on cooperation in the use of civil earth remote sensing national space crafts.
On Tuesday evening, Azarov will return to Kyiv.
