The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine intends to reduce the number of permissive documents.
As ForUm correspondent reports, 295 deputies voted for the presidential bill "On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine on reduction of the number of permissive documents" in the first reading.
The document envisages liquidation of a considerable number of permissions, in particular, in the sphere of acting with waste and agricultural chemicals, grain storage, use of water resources and import of radio-electronic equipment for the general use.
It also envisages to limit the sphere of action and to prolong validity of some permits, to establish possibility of carrying out economic activities based on submission of a declaration without receiving a permissive document. Such amendments concern permits in the veterinary sphere, atmospheric pollutant emission.
In addition, it is envisaged to establish a procedure, according to which a permissive body, which draws up a permissive document, carries out all necessary actions on receipt of adjustments, opinions and other documents, necessary for its issue, without attraction of the economic entity. Entrepreneurs will be exempt from the obligation to spend the time on adjustment of documents with the officials for carrying out their activities.
