The rate of cash payments in Ukraine is lower than in neighboring countries, director general of the National Bank monetary policy department Olena Scherbakova said during "direct line" held by "Komsomolska pravda in Ukraine", ForUm's correspondent reports. In Belarus, for example, it makes 80%.

"The rate is still high in our opinion, but if 10 years ago cash payments made more than 40%, today we have 25-26%," Scherbakova informed.
