The International Monetary Fund confirmed plans to hold talks with the leadership of Ukraine on resuming cooperation and signing of a new lending program worth about $ 15 billion by the end of fall.
"I can say that technical discussions are ongoing, and a meeting (of the mission with the country’s leadership - Ed.) will take place later this fall," director of the IMF External Relations Department Jerry Rice told a traditional briefing in Washington.
