On Monday, the Cabinet of Ministers decided to allocate 104.77 million UAH for the elimination of the consequences of flooding in Odesa region, the government’s press service reported.

Such a decision was taken by the government after deputy Prime Minister Yuriy Boiko delivered a report on the situation in Odesa region after the September 12-14 floods, Interfax-Ukraine informed.

The government ordered the allocation of 26.47 million UAH to Odesa Regional State Administration to compensate for losses to the affected population and 78.3 million UAH to Ukravtodor for the reconstruction of damaged and destroyed roads and dams.

The Finance Ministry was instructed to allocate the money from the reserve fund of the state budget.
