Today, the first meeting of the interdepartmental commission on protection of investors' rights, combating illegal merger and takeover of enterprises will be held under the chairmanship of first vice Prime Minister Serhiy Arbuzov, the press service of the first vice Prime Minister reports.
At the first meeting with the participation of representatives of business associations, Arbuzov intends to review the situation with the protection of rights of investors and to identify together with entrepreneurs tactical and strategic tasks facing the commission.
In addition, the commission will also review statements and facts about trying to capture companies that have already received.
Following the meeting of the commission, Arbuzov will to give a number of instructions to central authorities, in particular, on creation of similar commissions to combat raiding and protect investors' rights at the regional level, the development of concepts to combat illegal merger and takeover.
