President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych asked the Parliament to amend the budget for 2013 and allocate funds for the payment of bonuses to doctors of emergency medical help.
"I ask you to make changes to the budget and to allocate funds for the payment of bonuses to doctors of emergency medical assistance," he said, speaking in Parliament on the occasion of the opening of the third session of the Verkhovna Rada VII convocation, ForUm correspondent reports.
The President said that he expects the Parliament to adopt a law on health care institutions no later than December 2013.
