Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Rybak will invite President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych to the opening session of the Verkhovna Rada, but if MPs are not ready to listen to the head of state, he will say it openly.

"I signed the invitation to members of the Cabinet of Ministers, the heads of all departments to the opening of the third session. Today and tomorrow I will meet with the President of our country and will invite him to the session of the Verkhovna Rada," Rybak said in an interview with two Ukrainian TV channels and Interfax-Ukraine agency in Kyiv on Thursday.

The speaker noted that "he should know that all factions and deputies are ready to show tolerance and to listen to the President. He will speak, and then you will work work."
