Ukraine continues adapting legislation to the European requirements, Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov said, opening the Cabinet’s meeting, ForUm correspondent reports.
"Today we approve 20 amendments to the technical regulations regarding the mandatory compliance of the national standards with the European technical standards," he said.
According to him, it will enable the business entities opportunity to simplify introduction of products in turnover due to the identical technical regulations.
In addition, Azarov said that the Cabinet will consider the bill on quality and safety of food products in accordance with the regulations and directives of the European Union.
