The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne has completed a hearing of a complaint lodged by FC Metalist Kharkiv against the club’s disqualification from European competitions, the club’s vice-president, Kostiantyn Pyvovarov, has said, Interfax reports.

“The hearing is over. A decision will be made tomorrow [on Wednesday] morning,” he wrote on his page on Facebook.

Earlier, the club’s vice-president said that Greece’s PAOK is a third party in the hearing.

“PAOK is a third party in the hearing. They have a very good lawyer. And they are even more active in the position against us than UEFA. It’s unpleasant,” Pyvovarov said.
