The Kazakh Health Ministry’s sanitary-epidemiological oversight committee did not find any quality flaws in the output of the Ukrainian confectionery manufacturer Roshen, deputy chief of the committee Nurken Sadvakasov stated.

“An examination of the candies produced by the confectionery corporation Roshen has been concluded,“ Sadvakasov said.

“The samples that have been tested have proved to meet the established hygienic standards. No benzopyrene has been found. Given that no products not meeting hygienic standards were discovered, there are no grounds to impose any measures restricting imports of Roshen products to Kazakhstan’s territory,“ Sadvakasov said, Interfax-Ukraine reported.
