Kazakhstan introduced enhanced laboratory control over products of three Ukrainian poultry suppliers: "Myronivska poultry", "Agromars EXIM" and "Tavrs Plus", press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan informs.

"Products of three Ukrainian companies, "Myronivska poultry", "Agromars EXIM" and "Tavrs Plus", are subject to intensive laboratory testing. This regim was introduced after the detection of irregularities in the constantly ongoing inspections and laboratory investigation into animal health requirements and standards of product safety," a statement reads.

According to the Ministry, in the course of inspections it was found that the imported poultry does not meet the requirements of the Technical Regulations regarding labeling: there is a lack of information in the national language; its inconsistency with the basic information in the language of the country of origin; it does not indicate the date of manufacture and shelf life.
