The Foreign Ministry of Ukraine hopes that situation with Ukrainian exports to Russia will be resolved soon, director of information policy department of the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine Yevhen Perebyinis told a briefing.

He noted that a working group on settlement of problematic issues of Ukrainian-Russian trade and economic cooperation, led by vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Yuri Boiko was set up at the request of the Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov.

"Now intensive talks with Russia on all directions are held," Perebyinis said.

"We expect that this situation, which arose at the border, will soon be resolved," the representative of the Foreign Ministry noted.

Commenting on the statement made by adviser to President of the Russian Federation Sergei Glazyev, Perebyinis said: "We believe that our policy of integration into the European Union, on the signing of the agreement with the EU is a priority, which is defined by law and is now being implemented. We believe that our relations with Russia and our relations with the European Union are developing in parallel, and relations with the EU will not affect relations with Russia and vice versa".
