Council of Heads of State of the Commonwealth of Independent States will be held on October 25 in Minsk (Belarus). This is stated in the press service of the CIS Executive Committee.
"The Executive Committee of the CIS prepares for the meetings of the Council of Foreign Ministers and the Council of CIS Heads of State, to be held on October 24 and 25, 2013 in Minsk," report says.
The draft agenda of the meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of State at this stage includes 18 questions, in particular declaration 2014 the year of tourism in the CIS, concept of cooperation in the fight against cybercrimes, an agreement on the formation and involving teams of border agencies in quick respond to security threats at the external borders of the CIS.
