The Interior Ministry of Ukraine will consider issuing international arrest warrant against ex-rector of the National University of State Tax Service Petro Melnyk after the court’s ruling to detain him.
"As soon as we receive the court's decision allowing detention of Melnyk, we will immediately consider the issuance of international warrant," spokesman of the Interior Ministry of Ukraine Serhiy Burlakov said.
“After the ruling of the Pechersky Court on Melnyk’s arrest, he can be put on the international wanted list,” representative of the public prosecution Serhiy Ovcharenko told reporters on Monday after the court hearing.
