Ukrainian Premier Mykola Azarov, who is on holiday at present, has signed amendments to the resolution on the postponement of the terms for three months the entry into force of new rules for property appraisal – until November 1, 2013, which took effect from August 1, 2013, Interfax reports.
Cabinet resolution No. 501 of August 1, 2013 on amendments to paragraph 2 of cabinet resolution No. 231 of March 4, 2013 has been posted on the government’s Web site.

The document is the first new document to appear on the government’s Web site since Azarov went on holiday. Recent resolutions on the Web site or in official publications are dated July 11, when Azarov held his last cabinet meeting before his vacation.

According to the document, the validity term of reports on appraisal conducted by appraisers is prolonged until October 31, 2013, while at present the term has expired (July 31, 2013).
