The Energy Ministry of Ukraine is choosing a place to implement the project on LNG terminal, energy and coal industry minister of Ukraine Eduard Stavytsky told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
"We are working on this issue. There is a development of issue on the Crimean peninsula and near Odesa," Stavytsky said.
