The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has decided to switch to the Euro-3, Euro-4 and Euro-5 fuel standards in Ukraine, energy and coal industry minister of Ukraine Eduard Stavytsky told a briefing.
"Yes, a decision was made… regarding the national action plant on the switch to the Euro-3, Euro-4 and Euro-5 fuel standards," the minister said.
Asked if the government’s decision affects the operation of Shebelynka gas refining plant, the minister said that the plant will not be stopped.
"The Ministry is doing its best to start producing Euro-3 and Euro-4 fuel at the plant," he said.
