The Lysychansk refinery could resume its work in February-March 2014, energy and coal industry minister of Ukraine Eduard Stavytsky told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
"Negotiations with "Rosneft" continues. We enter the final stage," the minister said.
According to him, the production cycle at the Lysychansk refinery allows start working five months after appropriate arrangements.
