Supplies of poultry products to the EU will allow Ukraine to enter the top ten world leaders in export of poultry meat this year, first vice Prime Minister Serhiy Arbuzov said, opening a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, ForUm correspondent reports.
"This year, Ukraine has all chances to enter the top ten world leaders in export of poultry," Arbuzov said.
The first deputy Prime Minister also said that the volume of livestock production increased by 5.2% for six months. In particular, since the beginning of the year, the beef production has increased by 1.4%, pork - by 7.1% and poultry - by 14.2%.
