For 2013 the Incomes and Fees Ministry has provided income of 204.3 billion UAH to the budget, relevant minister Oleksandr Klymenko told press conference, ForUm correspondent reports.

"In the first half of 2013 the Ministry provided a stable level of income tax and customs payments to the budget, adequate to macroeconomic indicators. The consolidated budget of the country got 204.3 billion UAH, which is 1.7 billion more than over the same period last year," the minister stressed.

Klymenko also informed that the taxpayers were refunded VAT of 27.5 billion UAH, up 4.5 billion UAH more than last year. "Approximately 11.6 billion UAH of these funds were reimbursed in automatic mode," he stressed.

However, the official noted that the current debt on VAT refunds makes up 4 - 4.5 billion UAH. "I beg you not to confuse it with the arrears. After all, when a taxpayer declares in the declaration a certain amount to be reimbursed - this is a debt, with which we work. However, we have no past-due indebtedness," he stressed.
