The program of reducing the cost of mortgage loans (13/3) is best implemented in Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Sumy, Kyiv and Khmelnytsky regions. No loans are provided in Kirovohrad and Kherson regions. Only four loans are provided in Crimea.
This was announced by regional development, construction, housing and communal services minister of Ukraine Hennady Temnyk in Yalta, during the meeting to address the regional aspects of the implementation of the State program of economy revitalization in 2013-2014 under the chairmanship of Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov.
The minister informed that the state budget provides 300 million hryvnias for this program, which is planned for the compensation of mortgage loans to 4.140 families. At present, 706 mortgage contracts are signed.
Temnyk added that the according to the decision of the Interagency Commission as of July 1, 2013, 424 objects participate in the program, in which citizens can buy 17209 apartments.
