Only 16% of bills out of all submitted by the deputies for the consideration of the second session of Parliament of the seventh convocation were adopted as a whole during the first and second reading, and the rest of them were removed from consideration or rejected, Parliament’s speaker Volodymyr Rybak said in an interview with the Voice of Ukraine newspaper.

"As of July 1, 1.604 bills were registered during the period of the second session of the Verkhovna Rada. 92 of them were adopted as a whole and the first and second reading, that is only five percent," the speaker said.

According to him, the head of state showed the highest level of efficiency of the legislative work during the second session of the Parliament.
