Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov charged the Social Policy Ministry and the Pension Fund to inform retirees about changes in the procedure for pensions accounting, he said during a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, ForUm correspondent reports.
The Prime Minister reminded that on July 1, the law "On amendments to some laws of Ukraine" regarding accounting and indexation of pensions came into force in the country.
The Prime Minister stressed that the mechanism of annual recalculation of pensions comes into force from March 1 of each year.
Azarov also said that virtually all pensions will be recalculated.
