"We are ready and willing to vote for election. However, we’ll not vote for September 27, as proposed by the opposition. Candidates should be put on equal footing. After all, campaigning needs 90 days," Oliynyk said.
"PR is ready to hold elections in Kyiv on any date ... just prior to the signing of the Association Agreement. However, the opposition considers that elections shouldn’t be held in summer. If they showed me how their opinion is correlated with the Constitution, I would be on their side, but I think it is wrong not to hold elections in time simply because they are going to rest," he added.
In his opinion, the elections in Kyiv have long had to be conducted. "Now we must focus on the time criterion – November," MP said.
