Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov considers unacceptable policy of owners of bakeries, which has recently been observed in Kyiv. He said this during a visit to Kyiv regional bakery complex in village of Krushynka, ForUm correspondent reports.

"Recent policy of owners of Kyiv bakeries is absolutely unacceptable. I stress, closure of bakeries, their reorganization in order to sale plots of land and construct some complexes in its area, does not meet objectives of privatization indicated," he said, adding that the State Property Fund, as well as the local government is to closely monitor the situation.

"All the bakeries are the enterprises of social importance, and here the state and local governments should use their powers. Therefore, we will definitely look closely at restructuring of the enterprises, operating in the industry. I'll give such an order," PM said. After that, he stressed that the government creates all the necessary conditions for the opening of modern enterprises in Ukraine.
