Improvement of the procedures for the use of financial bills may be of interest to business, faction leader Oleksandr Yefremov stated during a conciliation board, ForUm correspondent reports.
"As we see, this bill is interested in the format, which we agreed with the government," he said.
Yefremov noted that the bill has been already developed, in particular, the interest rates on promissory notes were determined, as well as the order of their repayment.
