425 thousand Kyiv resident cards more will be given to benefit holders till year-end, adviser to the KCSA head Dmytro Turchak said during the meeting of the KCSA board, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to the adviser to the head of the KCSA, there will be developed a system for issuing cards to employees of public enterprises and the public sector.
Speaking about the benefits of cards, Turchak also noted that due to the "Culture" application, the benefit holders will receive a discount in 14 municipal museums and 7 cinemas of the capital.
The official stressed that as of today, 60 social pharmacies were opened in ten districts of the capital, which provide 10-40% discount for Kyiv resident cards holders.
Head of Kyiv City State Administration Oleksandr Popov said that starting from the next year such cards will be issued to all pensioners of the capital.
"Now we issue cards only to those, whose pension does not exceed 1.5 thousand UAH. I think that next year we will do it for all the seniors," he stressed.
During the implementation of the pilot project "Kyiv resident card", about six thousand cards were issued and about 7 million UAH were transferred to accounts of their holders.
