Ukraine has three thousand millionaires

In Ukraine, the number of millionaires has increased by one thousand, incomes and fees minister of Ukraine Oleksandr Klimenko told a briefing after the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, ForUm correspondent reports. 

"Now, we are summarizing the results of the campaign for income declaration.  And about 48 billion UAH of incomes have been already declared, which is by 11 billion more than last year. The amount of incomes from paying taxes has doubled and exceeded 1.2 billion UAH.

This year, three thousand people have declared their incomes worth more than one million UAH. That is, the number of millionaires has increased by one thousand. And four citizens have declared their incomes worth more than one billion UAH," Klimenko said.

According to him, the electronic declaration has become an innovation of the tax campaign this year.
