A system of on-line monitoring of the housing and communal services quality is to be introduced in all Kyiv districts, deputy director of the KCSA housing and communal infrastructure department Volodymyr Bazhenov said during the meeting of the KCSA board, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to him, state of housing and communal services provision tracked in the capital in winter was not sufficient.
"There are dispatch offices. Information is collected as of 6 a.m., and then all changes depend only on the good faith and the human factor. There were cases when we found out about some emergencies from the media," he noted.
Bazhenov reported that the system is now fully works in Desniansky district of Kyiv, the following will be Holosiyivsky district, Podolsky district. Other districts have only signed protocols so far.
Head of the Kyiv City State Administration Oleksandr Popov promised to support the project.
