Chairman of the Kyiv City State Administration Oleksandr Popov plans to appoint former head of the Lviv Regional State Administration Mykhailo Kostiuk as his deputy.
"He will be appointed soon. Mykhailo Kostiuk is a former head of the Ukrzaliznytsia Ukrainian railway company and former head of the Lviv regional state administration," Popov said in interview.
According to him, the new deputy will be responsible for transport and tourism.
