The state supports programs for searching and landscaping of graves of the victims of war, Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych said during the ceremony marking the 68th anniversary of victory in the Great Patriotic War, the press service of the head of state reported.
"Our holy filial duty is to remember all the victims and take care of our veterans. The state supports the programs for searching and landscaping of graves of the victims of war in all regions of Ukraine," Yanukovych said.
The President also reminded that this year, Ukraine will celebrate the 70th anniversary of the liberation of Kyiv, and in 2014 – of the whole Ukraine.
"These are great dates in the history of our country, and the government will do everything necessary to celebrate them properly," Yanukovych stressed.
