Polish President Bronisław Komorowski highly appreciates the chances to sign the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement, noting that the Ukrainian authorities have still to fulfill a number of obligations to the EU. He said this in interview with the Polish newspaper Rzeczpospolita.

In particular, when asked whether the European Commission will give the green light to the signing of the Agreement with Ukraine in November of this year, Komorowski said: "There is a big chance that it will occur. Then the signing of the Agreement will take place in November at the summit of "Eastern Partnership" in Vilnius".

Komorowski called "strategically important" for Poland the establishment of the Association between Ukraine and the European Union, recalling that the Polish authorities actively support the signing of this document.

"Condition of the success is the fulfillment of Ukraine's obligations to implement a number of important internal reforms, the reform of the justice system, among them," the Polish President noted.
