MP Pavlo Baloha has quit the Party of Regions faction, speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Rybak said, opening the session of the Parliament on Tuesday.
As reported, on December 13, 2012, Pavlo Baloha wrote a statement on his withdrawal from the Party of Regions faction.
