The Constitutional Court of Ukraine may consider production of MPs on election in Kyiv for up to three months, head of the Constitutional Court press service Hennady Chernenko informed.
He noted that the decision of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine at the production of 48 deputies regarding the elections in Kyiv won’t be taken today.
The head of the press service emphasized that, according to the procedure, written examination of the case begins today, then the court will proceed to work behind closed doors and will review the case before making a decision.
Answering the question of how much time the proceedings may take, Chernenko said
