The main causes of fire, occurred on March 29 at the Vuhlehirska TPS, are already established and will be announced by April 15, energy and coal industry minister of Ukraine Eduard Stavytsky told a press conference in Donetsk.
"The main causes are already established, now there is finalizing," the minister said.
According to him, "the prosecutor's office and the Interior Ministry are working on the issue, so the consolidated view will be announced by April 15".
