Russia supports the priorities identified by Ukraine during its presidency in the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, foreign minister of Russia Sergey Lavrov said before talks with his Ukrainian colleague, OSCE chairperson-in-office Leonid Kozhara.

"We support the priorities, formulated and promoted by the Ukrainian presidency, and we expect that, together with other members of the OSCE, we will be able to advance the processes of transformation of the organization into a more efficient structure," Lavrov said.

He stressed that the OSCE should bring together all Europeans, not to drive wedges and promote unilateral approaches.

In addition, Lavrov noted that the parties will also discuss issues of bilateral cooperation and the status of implementation of the agreements, reached by the Presidents.
