President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili appointed Mikhail Ukleba as a new Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to Ukraine. He signed a relevant decree, according to the press service of the head of the Georgian state.
"According to the order № 18/03/04-18/03/12 from March 18, 2013, Mikhail Ukleba is appointed as a new Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to Ukraine," the decree said.
Ukleba has been the special envoy of the Georgian Foreign Ministry since August 1, 2012.
