He stated that the appeal to the European Court of Human Rights concerning the unlawful withdrawal of parliamentary powers from Vlasenko has already been sent.

In addition, the opposition requested the Constitutional Court of Ukraine to explain the court's ruling on withdrawal of parliamentary powers, in particular in the case of Serhiy Vlasenko.

"Registration of a new deputy cannot be begun until there are decisions of the Constitutional Court and the European Court of Human Rights, otherwise we will have two people on one parliamentary seat," Yatseniuk summed up.
