The Foreign Ministry of Ukraine condemns the terrorist attack, occurred on March 11, 2013 in Dibis (Kirkuk province, the Republic of Iraq), which killed five and wounded more than 100 people, including dozens of pupils of a local school.
"We deeply sympathize with the families and friends of the victims and all those, who suffered. We wish a speedy recovery to the wounded," the Foreign Ministry press service says.
Ukraine believes that this terrorist act demonstrates the need for the consolidation of all political forces in Iraq in order to strengthen peace and reconciliation in the Iraqi society.
