The European Commission for Democracy through Law (the Venice Commission) will consider the draft amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine regarding judicial reform immediately after receiving.
According to the Mission of Ukraine to the Council of Europe, on Monday, March 9, members of the Venice Commission were informed about the readiness of the Ukrainian party to submit in the near future the draft amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine regarding judicial system for expert examination. "The Commission is ready to consider these draft amendments as soon as they receive them," the Mission said.
In turn, President of the Venice Commission Gianni Buquicchio welcomed the cooperation with the Ukrainian government in recent years.
