Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych may deliver his annual message to the Parliament providing that MPs "will stop holding rallies", speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Rybak said, congratulating the parliamentary women journalists on March 8, ForUm correspondent reports.

"If MPs will stop holding rallies and will realize that they are not at the meeting, and that they shouldn’t whistle in the Parliament, then the President will be able to come. I would say: if you are able to listen to the President, the President will listen to you," the speaker said.

He said that he talked with the President about his annual address to the Parliament. According to Rybak, it is in preparation now.
