During the conciliation board, leader of the Party of Regions faction Oleksandr Yefremov said that on Monday the regulations committee has reaffirmed its decision to deprive MP of Batkivshchyna fraction Serhiy Vlasenko of parliamentary powers, ForUm correspondent reports.
"This morning the members of the committee has gathered again and confirmed the decision of February 27. The representatives of opposition factions have failed to attend the meeting the committee. There were only six representatives out of eight," Yefremov said.
