The Kyiv Regional Council appealed to the Verkhovna Rada and the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine regarding the violations in the decision of the Kyiv City Council to expand the boundaries of the capital, head of the Kyiv Regional Council Oleksandr Kachnyi said in interview.
"The draft decision of the Kyiv City Council was agreed neither with the regional council, nor with the district, rural, town councils. We will summon an extraordinary session and appeal to the Parliament and the General Prosecutor's Office regarding these violations," he said.
