The Ukravtodor State Road Agency claims that patching was done on 85% of public roads as of February 24, the Cabinet’s press service informs.
The management of the Ukravtodor has reported Prime Minister Mykola Azarov on those results.
The report said that road surface has been significantly damaged as a result of adverse weather conditions this winter. As of the beginning of works (February 12), 2.631 km of public roads needed patching.
"Now it remains to repair 15% of the roads," the State Road Agency says.
