Head of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Rybak is planning to sign a law on amendments to the Rules of Parliament on personal voting of deputies on Monday, February 25, he told a briefing in the Parliament, ForUm correspondent reports.
"I think I will sign this law on Monday. In a few days the law will be signed by the President of Ukraine. I do not see any obstacles," Rybak said.
